This is an opportunity for you to share your experiences with rubrics in language teaching and how they may impact student learning. \nThe session will revisit the various types and uses of rubrics\, present tips for developing a successful rubric\, and focus on variations of the single-point rubric for student self-assessment. Additionally\, the workshop will discuss how rubrics can be utilized in the flipped classroom and envision several steps to developing a collaborative rubric with your students. \nThe workshop will include group activities that allow you to collaborate and develop (or revise) rubrics with your colleagues. Please bring one rubric that you would like to share. \nThis will be a hybrid event. As such\, it will take place both at the LRC and on Zoom.
